Electrical woes cause headaches for the Obsession team.

After a promising start, the Obsession team's Easter Thunderball exploits ended in the first round due to a recurring nitrous fault Obsession Motorsport's Terry Gibbs writes...."As some of you may be aware Obsession had many problems over the Easter weekend. Our first run of the weekend was with a new fogger system and a mild tune up (courtesy of Kev Perkins), the car ran well, clean and straight, we thought this looked well for the future (particular as our last run of last season was a 7.90 on a plate only system). This was not to be the case for the rest of the meeting, we incurred problem after problem (even the Gurus of the sport couldn't solve the nitrous cough backs). We have been able to elevate over this past weekend that the engine is fine and are now looking at the electrical side of the car, John Atkinson has kindly offered to look at the electrics in the next couple of weeks and hopefully we will be able to test at Santa Pod on the 17th April in preparation for the Super Modified round at the end of the month. From everyone at Obsession we would like to thank everyone who helped us over Easter, it was a very frustrating weekend."
