After the headache of the Thunderball behind him, it was a return to form for Andy Hone as he was runner up to Kev Perkins at the Shakespeare Nats.
After suffering engine damage at the The Big Bang, the Ellis Racing Oldsmobile returned in style by dominating proceedings at the Shakespeare Nationals.
The two Andy's, Hone and Kirk were interviewed for satellite TV by John Price during the Shakespeare Nationals.
With some more weather induced down time during the Summer Nationals, Andy Kirk fired up the 509ci Chevy lump for the assembled crowd.
